This project is inspired by a series of photographs I saw. I wanted to experiment with this method to see what results I could get.
It was interesting using different coloured filters for this.

So I recently purchased the Canon EOS 60D as an upgrade from my beloved sturdy 40D for the video benefits. I began filming some shots on Brighton Pier but as the sun began to set, I thought it might be more interesting to see it happen as a time-lapse.
I had tried it once before and noticed that I didn't take enough photos, so I decided to improve the second time round and here is what I created!

In the Frame for Change is a media project devised and led by Laleh Creative; commissioned by The Co-operative Membership in 2011, as part of their national campaign for "Inspiring Young People".
It's aim is to teach the basics of filmmaking so that young people can feel confident about making their own films and entering them into film festivals but more importantly, ITFFC is a platform to inspire young people to be creative and share issues and thoughts through the medium of photography and film.
This was my first attempt at creating an opportunity for young people by devising this film-based workshop and creating the visuals (the film and photography) to go with it and I feel that it went rather well.

Photos were used for recruitment, advertising the project and for the final DVD material.

Nima and Nitu had a small, intimate wedding ceremony that took place in Morden Park House, a grade II listed georgian country house, on the London/Surrey border.
They wanted Laleh Creative to cover their day with a mixture of candid shots of the ceremony and formal family shots after on the grounds.

Hotel Forest Gate is a haven of peace and tranquillity, hidden away in an enclave of a pine forest on the hills that embrace Gocek, Turkey.
A boutique style hotel, Forest Gate is tastefully decorated throughout, embracing a classic Ottoman flavour.
Hotel Forest Gate needed some fresh, up-to-date images of the grounds and interiors to use for marketing purposes so they got in touch with Laleh Creative.
It is always a pleasure to work with Hotel Forest Gate as the complex and surrounding areas are just beautiful and full of nature, a photographers paradise!
